Skills You’ll Need

At the start, you’ll work with an assembly team during our four-day work week to help with the building and assembly of an assigned boiler. Voluntary overtime is offered to teams to ensure product assembly is completed to meet customer expectations. You’ll work with a team of skilled individuals who will combine their knowledge and talents to problem solve the construction of detailed boiler units, burners and sub-assemblies.

Skills For Advancing
  • Attain advanced welding certifications

Skilled Laborer

Our Skilled Laborers provide support to all areas of production by performing various duties as needed within the assembly teams. You will play an important role in helping our teams build boilers to meet our customers’ expectations. If you enjoy working with others to get a necessary job done, this position may be right for you.

Skilled Welders

Our Skilled Code MIG and TIG Welders fabricate and weld pressure vessels and related components. You’ll use your welding knowledge to perform difficult and unusual welding operations on a wide range of metals and alloys for complex products. If you like to use different welding techniques, this might be the right position for you.

Final Assembly

Our Final Assembly team makes sure everything matches the blueprints before a boiler gets to the customer. Assembling burners and sub-assemblies, you will be the one who makes sure it’s all done in accordance to blueprint and job requirements. If you can visualize how components should be assembled and enjoy solving problems, you’ll find a great sense of satisfaction in this role.

Superior Boiler’s Sales Department seeks goal-oriented individuals eager to advance their careers. Experience is not a prerequisite, but independence and a willingness to learn are essential.​

We seek individuals adept at designing and producing drawings for metal fabrication components, reading specifications, sketches, models, and prototypes, and creating bills of materials (BOM). If you're enthusiastic about design and drafting, open to learning, and comfortable asking questions, you might be an ideal addition to the Superior Boiler engineering team.
