At the start, you’ll work with assigned customers and complete sales calls. You’ll dive into learning about Superior Boiler’s existing and new products and then share that knowledge with your customers. You’ll learn to modify submitted drawings, create proposals, and work with our sales representatives and national accounts in a professional manner.

Our Account Managers effectively manage customer accounts, identify customer needs, and provide solutions. You’re the knowledgeable person who will help your customers with product selection and ensure orders are processed properly. If you’re hungry to make a sale, this might be the position for you.


Project Managers oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines and production schedules, while keeping everyone updated on the progress. You’re the one making sure everyone has what they need, when they need it, and communicating with production and management, as well as clients, to keep the project running smoothly. If you like logistics, planning, and enjoy being organized, you’ll find satisfaction in this role.


Our Aftermarket Parts Reps are the face of Superior Boiler. You’ll take phone calls and help customers with ordering parts and solving warranty issues, answer general questions, and make sure they get the answers they need – either from you or by involving the right person. If you like helping people solve problems and enjoy working with a wide range of personalities, this could be a good fit for you.

We seek individuals adept at designing and producing drawings for metal fabrication components, reading specifications, sketches, models, and prototypes, and creating bills of materials (BOM). If you’re enthusiastic about design and drafting, open to learning, and comfortable asking questions, you might be an ideal addition to the Superior Boiler engineering team.

You'll collaborate with an assembly team during our four-day work week, contributing to the building and assembly of assigned boilers. Whether you find satisfaction in using your welding skills differently every day or enjoy physical labor to get a job done, you’re likely a great fit for the Superior Boiler assembly team.​
